General Information

• Trash must be to the road by 6am to guarantee pick up. No return trip will be made if not out.
• 5 bag maximum per week. Trash needs to be bagged. Avoid ALL liquids in trash bags.
• We Do Not Accept any dirt, sod, concrete, rock, bricks, shingles, yard waste, oils, paints or other liquid waste, carpet/pad, toilets, dead animals, telephone pole, railroad ties or large bulk furniture items in residential pick-up.
• Must call the office to cancel service.
• Polycart renters are responsible for replacement cost if lost, stolen or damaged by fire.
• Weather delays/cancellations - GVD reserves the right to cancel/delay pick up for any day due to unsafe weather conditions. Announcements will be made on www.kdkd.net. This will be for the protection & safety of our employees, trucks & the community. Service will be continued the next week on normal day. No refunds/credits given.
